OxVegas Chicken opened in Oxford in January 2024, founded by Miami University students Tyler Storer and Jackson Trester.
The restaurant focuses on fresh chicken tenders, sandwiches, signature sauces and the kind of gathering place that feels at home in Oxford.
Tyler and Jackson developed the idea while studying at Miami University. Their story is one of local support, persistence and a menu shaped by community feedback.
