Tyler Storer and Jackson Trester brought their chicken-focused restaurant to 48 East Park Place in January 2024.
The founders developed the concept as students at Miami University’s Farmer School of Business. After working through funding challenges, they secured support in 2023 and opened the following January.
Surveys and conversations with Oxford diners helped shape the menu. Chicken tenders, sandwiches, waffle fries, mac and cheese, pretzel sticks and signature sauces became the core of OxVegas Chicken.
